Shipping

We ship orders via UPS. Please use your street address. We do not ship to PO Boxes. We strive to ship within 2 business days. Sometimes a delay will occur if we are out of stock in which case you will promptly be notified of the delay. Deadlines for orders requiring 2nd day delivery is 12 noon. All 2nd day orders placed on a Friday after noon will be shipped out the following Monday. Return Policy

There are no returns on any of our teas or sweets and edibles. Exchange only for our gift items. Any damaged goods must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Thank you for your business and your cooperation.
