March, 2004:
“Tracy , I wish to thank you for your gracious reception, given in spite of my late arrival, on Wednesday, February 25 th . You may recall a […] man dressed in black popped out of the elevator at 4:40 … I was seated in spite of the lack of reservation. The young man attended to me at once, and you graced me with your hospitality again, and again. I am sorry I had to leave to handle a travel situation for my friend. I would have preferred to relax and continue to enjoy the tea, the luscious room, and your help. I have actually been thinking about the whole experience for days, and needed to thank you, and let you know you have inspired some thoughts about changes in my business. I do high-end healing styles around the world, and strive to have my clients really step into “all that they are” and fully become an expression of their essence.
You have obviously done that. Bravo! And thank you for not only sharing your fine sensibilities, but for “making a stand” for us to show up in, a form of modern grandeur in a very hectic city. [During] the short stay in the tea room [I felt at] the finest space I visited in [the entire] city...
Any trip back to New York will be highlighted by a visit to SalonTea.
I wish you, and yours, all the best!"
